When you create an account, we collect your email address and any photo you upload for generation. We store the prompts you submit, the videos you generate, and your credit balance and usage history so you can access them from your dashboard.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, generating your videos through our AI model providers, processing payments, and improving reliability. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-party processors
Generations are processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers (fal.ai and the underlying model providers) solely to render your requested video. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal; we do not store your card details ourselves.
4. Uploaded photos
Photos you upload for avatar or image-to-video generations are used only to produce your requested output and are not used to train AI models beyond what our infrastructure providers require to serve the request.
5. Your rights
You can delete individual generations from your dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at contact@sylfayraai.com.
